Internet Troubles

Today we started having quizzes pretty regularly in Japanese class because there is a lot of stuff we're learning and reviewing each day. Then after Japanese language class, we had another quiz in Japanese for Science and Technology on shapes and figures, and then the IJST Program Coordinator Fudano Sensei had a little chat with us about the internet in our building.

It's not clear why, but on Saturday night we lost internet after someone was changing our internet configuration. We're not sure if it was bad network setup that caused a loop, or potentially someone might have been doing something illegal on the network, because later we had to sign a form saying we wouldn't do anything illegal on the network. But internet it back for now, so I'm publishing a lot of entries today to make up for lost time.

After class we went to Hige Cho again, but there was a confusion with the waiter when I didn't understand he was telling me that ordering a set would be cheaper than ordering the individual things I ordered. I must have confused him a lot because I didn't get it.

Me and Xander are planning a trip to Kyoto this weekend, because it's a long 4 day weekend for the IJST students to travel or to see Kanazawa. Me and Xander figure we'll have plenty of time to explore here, so we'll check out Kyoto while we're decently close by.

I had to stay up late because we're supposed to have been keeping a portfolio of interesting things we've collected from Japan. I didn't have time to do any of that between seeing the sites around Kanazawa and studying Japanese language. I got it all done, but I didn't study for the quiz much tomorrow.
